5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session or a cancellation fee.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds for unused sessions will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

Golden Grove Coaching and its coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship.

All materials provided during the coaching relationship are the intellectual property of Golden Grove Coaching and are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Golden Grove Coaching operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

11. Changes to Terms

12. Refunds

All purchases are considered final. Refunds are not available on used sessions or expired credits.
