CLIENT AGREEMENT
 

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

  • Golden Compass Coaching ("Coach," "Company," "we," "us")

  • Yourself ("Client," "you," "your")

 

1. Services Provided
Golden Compass Coaching provides life coaching services designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching sessions may be conducted in-person, via phone, or through online video conferencing.

 

2. Coaching Relationship

  • Coaching is a collaborative, solution-focused process designed to help clients achieve personal and professional goals.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal, or medical advice.

  • The client is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

 

3. Session Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance. The Client is responsible for attending each session at the agreed time.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeited without a refund.

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe or they may expire.

 

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to pay the coaching fees at the time or purchase as described on the goldengrovecoaching.com website.

  • Payments must be made in full and on time to continue receiving coaching services.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in the refund policy.

 

5. Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept confidential according to the privacy policy, except as required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to self or others).

  • The Coach will not disclose client information without written consent.

 

6. Disclaimer & Liability

  • The Client acknowledges that coaching does not guarantee specific results.

  • The Coach is not responsible for any decisions or actions the Client takes based on coaching sessions.

  • The Coach’s liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services by the Client.

7. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for used or expired sessions, packages, and/or credits.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing laws of Pennsylvania.
